This Workshop "brings together inter-disciplinary scholars from a newly formed Girlhood in Migration Network", including Karmele Mendoza Pérez, Alma Pilar Martín González, Chabier Gimeno-Monterde, and Lucy Hunt. 💡 "The panel will explore some key questions in relation to wider engagement on this topic: How can we ethically study girlhood in migration and the positionalities of girls and young women within wider grids of power? What methodologies would best promote ethical participation of migrant girls in the production of knowledge? How can we engage with policy makers, practitioners, community organisations and scholars in the Global North and Global South to develop new knowledge?"
